Please note:

  • The trial period begins on the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items must not be intentionally damaged or abused.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Claims submitted without photos or after 60 days may not be eligible.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your package is damaged, missing items, or marked as delivered but not received, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at "Contact".

Include:

  • Clear photos of the packaging and damage (if applicable)
