Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the continental United States.
Shipping Time
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 6–8 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with delivery updates.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will begin processing the next business day
- During holidays or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at "Contact". Once your order begins processing, changes may not be possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link by email.
If you don’t receive it, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us and we’ll help.
Delivery Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Habolen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the package and product.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it still cannot be found after 24–48 hours, contact us and we’ll assist you.
Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may issue a refund minus shipping costs once the item is returned to us.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.

We carefully package every order to help protect your products while reducing unnecessary waste whenever possible.
